We want to make your shopping as easy as possible, payments for orders through the website can be made through Sage pay, our secure online payment system. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard,Delta, Visa Electron and Switch.

Postage prices are based on weight and the current postage rates. All parcels are sent via First class. Our postage prices range -

• Up to £20 = £2.95
• £20.01 to £99.99 = £4.95
• Free postage for all orders over £100 (UK only)

We have International postage rates on our system now, so please order as per usual way and the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All International shipping prices are weight based. Unfortunately packages over 2kg do incur higher rates but we have stuck to the Royal Mail overseas prices for these parcels and offer a competitive rate.

If at the checkout it says to contact us, your parcel maybe over our upper weight limit, if this is the case please email me at emma@daisypark.co.uk so we can get you the best shipping costs outside the UK.

We aim to despatch your goodies within 10 working days of your order if the products are in stock. Handmade furniture may take up to 30 days unless the product is in stock. If you are really up against a deadline (not that you would forget a Birthday or Anniversary) please let us know so that we can get things moving.
